Edward, Jane and all of the Cheshire Pet team don’t just practice veterinary medicine, but actually care – for both the “family member” (aka pet) and Mum and Dad (aka owners). This loving and caring environment was evident from the very first time we brought Bob to Cheshire Pet 11 years ago and Rebecca first looked after him.

This has been our experience whenever Bob needed medical attention, and was especially evident at the end. The compassion for Bob and us is something we will never forget.
We were so used to hearing Bob’s barks of greeting when we came home from errands and the first time we came home knowing he wasn’t there we were greeted by a beautiful mini-Rose Bush from Edward and Co., that will be planted in a special part of our garden. We were always comforted when taking Bob to see Edward and Co., knowing he would get the best of care-even though when Edward when open his door Bob would try to run to the exit.
A lot of people practice veterinary medicine, Edward and Rebecca, Jane and the rest of the team at Cheshire Pet practice the care of their patients. With much love and sincere thanks, Jay and Nila

Im moving to the area soon and was getting prepared and searching for a vet. After reading the positive feedback I will definitely use Cheshire Pets for Colin, Madge, Daisy and Aggie.
Cheshire Pet Veterinary Practice is outstanding in every way, and the staff are truely dedicated and professional. You are treated not just as a client, but a friend of the practice which makes you feel individual and valued.
The care provided by the vets and nurses is excellent and i trust them completely with my animals.
Over the years I have been registered with several veterinary practices and Cheshire Pet is not only the best, but absolutely exceptional – there is no better contender for Petplan Practice of the Year.

Thank you so much for all the loving care that you,ve given to Amber every time she came to see you. She was a shy cat, but you made every visit as stress-free as possible.

I know I am an awkward customer with all my strange symptoms etc but you are all so patient with me, it does not worry me coming to see you at all as everyone makes such a fuss and love of me – this is truly what it should be like to visit the vets and not a scary experience.
We want to express a massive thank you to all the staff at the Sandbach/Winterley clinic. You have cared for Alfie, our Newfoundland puppy, in his hours of greatest need. At just short of 4 months old, he has survived an attack of bloat and GDV, and recovered from major surgery thanks to your outstanding professionalism and care.
We also want to express our thanks to Carl and Charlie at Vets Now. Thanks to their expertise and skill, Alfie underwent surgery within two hours of bloat being diagnosed. We are very hopeful that there has been no lasting damage to Alfie. Thank you so much.
We are very lucky to have such an outstanding veterinary practice here in south Cheshire. Thanks to every one of you.
Dear Sir / madam,
I am writing to you to find out if you may consider supporting out charity. We are a national charity called Raptor Rescue and since 1978 we have been rehabilitating wild, injured birds of prey, and returning them to the countryside.
Today Raptor Rescue has a network of rehabilitators throughout the UK and now also runs a national helpline.
Like any charity, Raptor Rescue relies on support from others in order to fund its work.
Our latest fundraising idea is to sell charity wristbands, This is where you come in, I was hoping you might consider taking a small amount of the bands and having them for sale on your counter? The bands are sold at £1.00 and you can then either send us payment for what has been sold or we can come and collect the funds.
If you would consider doing this for the charity I would be most grateful.
You can find our more about Raptor Rescue at http://www.raptorrescue.org.uk
Please feel free to get back in touch if you can help.
Many thanks for your time,
Jenny Morgan

Hi,i’ve just been reccommended to the Holmes Chapel practice after getting my female rabbit spayed at my usual vet on Tuesday and the poor aftercare she’s recieved which resulted in her getting gas (she is still recovering from the gas,but is slowly getting back to normal). I was just wondering what your phone number and address was for the Holmes Chapel surgery! Thank you,Anna x
Dear All. I was hoping to once again thank you all personally, but as ever I appear to be racing around with too much to do. There are no words to describe how very blessed I feel to have found such a caring group of proffessionals. Thank you so much for your care and love of my precious dog Beth. I can honestly say that there is no-one else I would come to to take care of my pets.
Thank you so much for looking after me during my recent operations and in helping me to feel better.
Your help and compassion has been fantastic. Both Jed and I appreciated everything you’ve done for us over the years. The fact that Jed used to enjoy coming to see you all speaks volumes. I cannot thank you all enough.
Thank you so much for your dedication and for looking after Sadie so well as she is everything to me and I’m so glad she’s coming home as my other dog is refusing to eat!
Just a note to thank you all for the great care you took of Sparkle. For all her many visits she still liked to come and that must say something.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you did for Eddie. You’ve gave us back our precious boy and words are not enough. Love you all.
To all my “girlfriends” at Cheshire Pet!
Thank you very much for looking after me so well. Mummy is very worried about me, but knows I am in good hands here. I love all the petting and sweets so I thought I would buy some to thank you all for all you have done.
Love from Jasper
Dear Elizabeth and all the team, thank you so much for all your kindness in supporting us with Tilly and for caring. Knowing you did all you could for her makes this difficult time a little easier to bear. Thank you again.
Edward and team, we would like to thank you for the understanding and consideration when Jesse, our rabbit, died. Jesse was not just a pet, he was part of our family, and to find a veterinary practice that is so caring towards animals and owners is like a breath of fresh air. Thank you again for your support.
Thank you for all your kindness and support during our week of trauma with our special girl Maggie.

Just a little note to say thank you for the caring way you helped myself and my family during Smoky’s last few days. Smoky was part of our family for 12 years. He was a proud, grand cat, if a little grumpy at times. I felt the way you treated him at his last moments gave him the dignity he deserved. Thank you all.
I would like to thank all the staff who looked after Barney while he was so ill. Also a massive thank you to Liz for saving my boy. xx

We would like to thank you sincerely for the excellent care you provided Lady.. We also felt that Lady was important to you. From our perspective as owners, we have very much appreciated the extra time your team have taken to ensure Lady’s conditions were explained to us in full. Thanks once a again to the whole team for the excellent care you gave to Lady. Many many thanks Penny and Peter Forbes.
We just wanted to say how lucky we feel to have such a fantastic vets on the doorstep. Most people take vets for granted asI am sure we did too, until the day comes when things change. Asowners you feel vulnerable and emotional at this time and we cannot thank you all enough for the kindness that was shown to us and our cat.
